Change of mind returns

If you are returning due to a change of mind, please note the return freight will be at your expense. 

You may return most items within 14 days for a refund 

Due to hygiene reasons, some products are not eligible for return. 

A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for change-of-mind returns 

Items in the order must be unused and in original packaging 

All returned goods must be in a new and unused condition, together with a copy of your original receipt, for a refund/credit to be offered. 

Return freight

will not be charged if you are returning a faulty item; we will cover it. 

The 20% re-stocking fee will not be charged.
